Our Physicians

All of our physicians are Fellows of the American Academy of Pediatrics, having completed three years of residency training in an accredited program specializing in pediatrics. Each of them are board certified and are attending physicians at APH and Winnie Palmer Hospital. They are active in training medical students, nurse practitioners, and pediatric residents as part of their pediatric training. • Colin J. Condron, MD
  Dr. Condron graduated from the medical schools at Dublin University, Trinity College, and the Republic of Ireland. He completed his residency at Adler Hey Children's Hospital in Liverpool, England and St. Peter's Hospital in Chertsey, England. He is a Board Certified Pediatrician and a specialist in developmental pediatrics of physically and mentally handicapped children. He is also the Chairman of Pediatrics at Arnold Palmer and Winnie Palmer Hospitals. Dr. Condron joined Pediatrics Associates of Orlando in 1975.

• Mark B. DiDea, MD
  Dr. DiDea graduated from medical school at the University of Florida and completed his pediatric residency at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. He is a Board Certified Pediatrician and is the past chairman of Pediatrics at Arnold Palmer Children's Hospital. He is currently an associate professor of pediatrics at the Florida State School of Medicine and an Orlando native. Dr. DiDea joined Pediatric Associates of Orlando in 1983.

• David B. Yaeger, MD
  Dr. Yaeger graduated from Loma Linda University in California. He completed his pediatric residency at Orlando Regional Medical Center. Dr. Yaeger is past Chairman of Pediatrics at Lucerne Hospital and joined Pediatric Associates of Orlando in 1987.

• Maxine L. Silverman, MD
  Dr. Silverman graduated from Texas A&M University College of Medicine and completed her pediatric residency at the University of Florida. She also holds a Master's degree in clinical adolescence and family counseling. Dr. Silverman is a Board Certified Pediatrician who joined Pediatric Associates of Orlando in 1990.

• Barbara J. Gans, MD
  Dr. Gans graduated from the Medical School at Creighton University. She completed her pediatric residency at the University of Florida. Dr. Gans is a Board Certified Pediatrician who joined Pediatric Associates of Orlando in 1991.

• Gregory J. Coffman, MD
  Dr. Coffman graduated from Emory University School of Medicine and completed his pediatric residency at Emory also. He is an Orlando native and is a Board Certified Pediatrician. Dr. Coffman is the Vice Chairman of Pediatrics at Arnold Palmer and Winnie Palmer Hospitals. He joined Pediatric Associates of Orlando in 1994.

• Susan L. Ryan, MD
  Dr. Ryan graduated from medical school at Creighton University where she also completed her pediatric residency. She is a Board Certified Pediatrician who joined Pediatric Associates of Orlando in 1995.

• Lucyna Lagod, MD
  Dr. Lagod graduated from medical school at the University Eugenio Maria de Hostos. She completed her internship and residency at the University of Florida and Shands Hospital. Dr. Lagod is a Board Certified Pediatrician who joined Pediatric Associates of Orlando in 1995.

• Gregory Gordon, MD
  Dr. Gordon graduated from medical school at the University of Florida and completed his pediatric residency at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Dr. Gordon joined Pediatrics Associates of Orlando in 1999.

• Brooke Britton, MD
  Dr. Britton graduated from medical school at the University of Pittsburgh and completed his pediatric residency at Duke University. Dr. Britton joined Pediatric Associates of Orlando in 2001.

• P. Dawn Andrew, MD
  Dr. Andrew graduated from medical school at the University of Florida in 1995 and completed her pediatric residency at Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children and Women. Dr. Andrew joined Pediatric Associates of Orlando in 2006.

• Iris M. Lim, MD
  Dr. Lim graduated from medical school from the University of Florida and completed her residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Austin.  Dr. Lim served as Chief Resident of Pediatrics at UTMB Austin.  She is a Board Certified Pediatrician who joined Pediatric Associates of Orlando in 2009.

Our pediatric nurse practitioners are registered nurses with advanced education in pediatrics that extend physician services and offer compassionate health counseling. Their responsibilities include telephone counseling, selected well-child check-ups, re-checks, routine sick care, and other treatments.

• Michele Pedulla ARNP, CPNP
  Michele Pedulla graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and the University of Central Florida with a master of Science in Nursing, specializing as a pediatric nurse practitioner. Presently, she is attending the University of Florida studying for her Doctorate in Nursing Practice, anticipating completion in 2011. Michele Pedulla is thrilled to be a part of Pediatric Associates.

• Emily Dorion ARNP, CPNP
  Emily Dorion grew up in Knoxville, Tennessee. She earned her BSN at University of Tennessee and a Masters of Science in Nursing from Emory University. She worked as a registered nurse with pediatric cancer patients at Egleston Hospital in Atlanta. She has worked as a nurse practitioner in a pediatricians office, pediatric ENT office and a pediatric ER. Emily started with Pediatric Associates in 2008.
